Booking A Class
Our classes are filling up week by week. We are looking to bring new times and days upon availability. Currently we have Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays available. If you are looking to request an day not currently listed let us know by reaching out to us on our contact page here.

First Time Visitors
If you’re attending a class for the first time please arrive 30 minutes prior to the class for introductory purposes, including signing our waiver.
First Time Visit = $10
Class Card = $160 (10 Class Card)

Drop In Classes
These classes are small, usually 4 to a maximum of 9 students, as we try to customize the classes to meet the needs of each student. Each new student is recommended to call first and arrive 30 minutes before their first class starts, so we can get to know your needs and evaluate your flexibility, posture, strength and breathing patterns.

While Yoga classes are an effective way of learning and practicing, there are tremendous benefits in a one-on-one relationship with a teacher, especially if you are in pain, and /or rehabilitating from an injury. Injuries, time restrictions and health concerns can make a normal yoga class impractical for many participants. You go at your own pace and comfort level while slowly learning to incorporate Yoga into your daily life. As well yoga students can often feel overwhelmed in a group class.
All private classes begin with an assessment to determine the appropriate yoga practice to fit your individual needs, in order to help create a personalized daily routine based on this assessment.
Classes are given at either your home, our Yoga Studio, or on Skype.
